• Technical data. IP address, approximate location, device and app information, and connection logs generated when you stream.
• Correspondence. Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram, email or Discord, and our replies.

• To provide the service, activate your subscription and send your credentials.
• To answer support requests and resolve technical problems.
• To process payments, issue refunds and keep proper accounting records.
• To detect and prevent fraud, credential sharing and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract — to provide the service you have ordered.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
• Legal obligation — for accounting and responding to lawful requests.
• Consent — for any optional communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

• Payment providers, to process your payment and any refund.
• Infrastructure and messaging providers that host or deliver the service.

Processors act only on our instructions and under contract.

• Email and credentials — deleted five (5) days after your subscription is terminated.
• IP addresses and connection logs — deleted after thirty (30) days.
• Transaction records — retained for one hundred and eighty (180) days, or longer where tax or accounting law requires it.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to work, such as remembering your preference while you browse. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, though some preferences will reset.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

The service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
