Set up UK IPTV Hub on any device.

Most people are watching within about fifteen minutes. Follow the steps for your device below, and message us if you get stuck — we will walk you through it personally.

Before you start

Four things to have ready.

Have all of these in hand and the setup takes minutes rather than an evening.

  • A stable connection of at least 8 Mbps (10 Mbps+ for 4K)
  • Your UK IPTV Hub credentials — sent in chat after payment
  • A player app: free TiviMate or OTT Navigator works best
  • Your device connected to the same network you will watch on

Choose the right player

TiviMate and OTT Navigator are both free with every UK IPTV Hub plan and are what we recommend for the smoothest experience. Either one handles the channel list, channel icons and the full EPG out of the box.

Use the Xtream Codes option wherever you are offered it — it fills in the channel list and the guide in one step.

Device guides

Steps for your exact screen.

Pick the device you are watching on. If yours is not listed, message us and we will send tailored instructions.

Amazon Firestick & Fire TV

  1. 1Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → turn on “Apps from Unknown Sources”.
  2. 2Install the free Downloader app from the Amazon store.
  3. 3In Downloader, enter the UK IPTV Hub player link we send you and install it.
  4. 4Open the player, choose “Xtream Codes”, and enter the server, username and password from your message.
  5. 5Wait for the playlist to load, then open the EPG for the full TV guide.

Android TV & phone

  1. 1Install TiviMate or OTT Navigator from the Play Store.
  2. 2Choose “Add playlist” → “Xtream Codes API”.
  3. 3Enter the server URL, username and password exactly as provided.
  4. 4Name the playlist and let it sync — this can take a minute.
  5. 5Pin your favourite channels and set the EPG to update automatically.

Samsung & LG Smart TV

  1. 1Open the app store on your TV and install a compatible IPTV player.
  2. 2Launch it and pick the Xtream Codes or M3U option.
  3. 3Type in the credentials from your UK IPTV Hub message (use the remote’s on-screen keyboard).
  4. 4Save, allow the playlist to load, and refresh the EPG.
  5. 5If you cannot install a player, use a Firestick or Android TV box instead.

iPhone, iPad & Apple TV

  1. 1Install a player such as Smarters Player Lite or GSE Smart IPTV.
  2. 2Select the Xtream Codes login type.
  3. 3Enter the server, username and password from your message.
  4. 4Save the profile and let the channel list populate.
  5. 5Enable the EPG source so the guide fills in.

Windows & macOS

  1. 1Install VLC, Kodi, or a desktop IPTV player.
  2. 2For VLC: Open Network Stream → paste your M3U URL.
  3. 3For Kodi: install the PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on and point it at the M3U URL.
  4. 4Allow the playlist to cache before switching channels.
  5. 5Use the same credentials to add the EPG URL for the guide.

MAG & Formuler boxes

  1. 1Open the box settings and find “Portals”.
  2. 2Add a new portal and enter the portal URL we send you.
  3. 3Save, restart the box, and let it register your MAC address.
  4. 4Once the portal loads, your channels and EPG appear automatically.
  5. 5Contact support with your MAC if the portal does not appear.
If it will not load

Quick fixes worth trying first.

  • Re-check the server, username and password for typos
  • Restart the app and your router, then try again
  • Test your speed — aim for 8 Mbps or more, wired if possible
  • Allow a minute for large playlists to sync before switching
Still seeing an error?

“Authorization” or “connection” errors are almost always ISP blocking.

Some internet providers filter streaming servers. Installing a VPN routes around the block and fixes it in the vast majority of cases.
